Here's my story: I met this guy at work who has changed my life. He was my warehouse manager but is no longer my warehouse manager because at the stadium I work at now we're not connected in any way. I'm a cashier and he handles all the orders with food and retail. Anyways, I met him when I was still in a relationship with my now ex boyfriend. I didn't think any of it until i started falling for him...hard. He told me he doesn't date co-workers and that I was too young and that I had a boyfriend. That some night i told him i no longer had a boyfriend because i had broke up with him the week before. That's when he changed. He started showing me that he did like me and that i was his type. I waited for him to tell me that he liked me and that happened on my 18th birthday. He wrote it in the card he gave to me for my birthday.
Okay now we've been talking a lot and going on dates. There's just one problem....his age. He's 28 and I'm 18 and this isn't okay with my mom....or my brother.....or some of my friends. I don't know if it's okay with his family because i'm not sure if he's said anything to them. I personally don't think it's a big thing because to be age is just a number as long as it's legal. And it's legal for me & him to be talking. I have a friend who's parents have a 15 year age difference. This guy has changed my life so much. He makes me so happy and makes me wonder where the hell has he been my whole life. But what I want to know is, how much is too much of an age difference when it comes to dating? I mean it's really not a problem with me but I just wanted to know other peoples stories and views.
